On 24^th May 2025, employees from Bangalore and Mysore branches of Global E-SoftSys came together for an exciting day outing at Nueva Resort, Bidadi. This was intended to promote team bonding and fun outside the workplace. The location offered the perfect setting for colleagues from both branches to connect, collaborate, and unwind.

The day was packed with a mix of recreational games and team-building activities that encouraged competition and strengthened inter-branch relationships. The highlights included Cricket, Volley Ball, Mind games, a delicious buffet lunch, and an evening of Rain dance and informal networking.

The outing not only boosted morale but also fostered a sense of unity among employees. It was a refreshing break that reinforced our company culture of collaboration, engagement, and appreciation. Everyone returned energized and more connected—ready to take on new challenges together.

As a small token of appreciation for their remarkable work, The Global E-SoftSys management and employees were honored to donate a Wet grinder to support their daily needs. Over the course of 2 days, Global E-SoftSys recruitment team interacted with young talent, conducting Aptitude and Technical Tests on the first day, followed by Technical and Personal interviews on the second day to identify the best fit for the organization. The selection process was designed not only to identify the qualified candidates but also individuals who align with Global E-SoftSys’ values, culture and long-term vision.

President Rohan Shenoy presented donation checks, made possible by the generosity of many of the guests who attended Aditya’s wedding on Jan 28th. Speaking on the occasion, Kat Shenoy stated, “It is heartening to witness the incredible work being done by Asha Nilaya to empower differently abled children, providing them with not just the right education but also the skills and confidence to lead independent lives. Currently there is no accommodation facility for men and women above 25years age and Asha Nilaya is currently sending them home after completing 25 years of age. The construction of a new hostel block for older students had stopped due to shortage of funds.
