Global E-SoftSys’ Annual Campus Recruitment Drive held at St. Joseph Engineering College on October 25th, 2018
Global ESoftSys, one of the leading software product based
companies in Dakshina Kannada, announced successful completion of its campus
recruitment drive at St. Joseph Engineering College, Mangalore. The placement
drive for the students of 2018-19 batch comprising Aptitude and Technical tests,
was held on 25th October 2018 at the college premises and Technical
and Personnel interviews were held at Global ESoftSys Mangalore Development
Center. More than 100 qualified students took part in this selection process from
St.
Joseph Engineering College and
Srinivas Institute of Technology.
The company has been conducting annual campus recruitments in
Costal Karnataka for the past 18 years. Global ESoftSys is one of the few
companies that absorbs the selected candidates soon after completion of their
final semester. The exemplary selection process with a written Aptitude test
followed by a Technical test. The selected candidates from the tests were asked
to report at the Global ESoftSys Development Center located at the high scale
market in Mangalore for the final round of interviews on 27th October,
2018. Through its consistent recruitment drives, Global ESoftSys plans to meet
the increasing customer demand for its leading software products in North
America, Europe, Middle East and Asia/Pacific through offshore development
centers located in India.

This year the Chairman of Global ESoftSys Mr. K.U. Shenoy was
also present in the Campus Recruitment to strengthen the cordial relationship
built with St. Joseph Engineering College for several years. He also addressed
the students on the current trends in technology and also opportunities for the
fresh talent. The management team explained about the company and highlights
about the opportunities, benefits, terms and the schedule of recruitment drive.
Two of Global ESoftSys employees selected through earlier campus recruitments
have shared their experience regarding the training, nature of work, support
and guidance received from their managers and colleagues, staff welfare
activities, acknowledging receipt of the guarantee amount upon completion of
the service agreement, etc.
The shortlisted candidates were invited to
attend the final round of interviews at Global ESoftSys Mangalore premises.
The final round of face-to-face interviews were conducted to assess their technical knowledge, engineering & analytical
skills and communication
skills. After completion of interviews, the management team has done a detailed
analysis of the candidate’s performance and job offers were rolled out with
attractive packages for the selected candidates.
