Global ESoftSys, one of the leading software product-based companies in Dakshina Kannada, successfully completed its Campus Recruitment for the year 2023 at St. Joseph Engineering College, Mangalore. The extensive and competitive selection process was attended by 160+ students from various branches.
Over the course of 2 days, Global E-SoftSys recruitment team interacted with young talent, conducting Aptitude and Technical Tests on the first day, followed by Technical and Personal interviews on the second day to identify best fit for the organization. The selection process was designed not only to identify the qualified candidates but also individuals who align with Global E-SoftSys’ values, culture and long-term vision.
