Global ESoftSys successfully concluded its Campus Recruitment at VVCE, Mysuru

Global ESoftSys, a leading software solutions and product-based company, conducted a two-day campus recruitment process on 6^th February 2026 at Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering and 7^th February 2026 at Global E-SoftSys, Mysuru. This initiative aimed to hire skilled engineering graduates for technical roles and support young talent entering the industry.

The recruitment drive began with a pre-placement talk, where company representatives introduced Global ESoftSys, career opportunities, company culture, and growth prospects.

The first day’s selection process included aptitude and technical tests designed to evaluate candidates’ logical reasoning, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. Based on their performance, shortlisted students were announced.

On 7^th February, the shortlisted candidates participated in technical interviews and personal interviews at the Global E-SoftSys’ state-of-the-art development center in Mysore. The discussions focused on core engineering concepts, academic projects, and practical application of technical knowledge. The final round assessed communication skills, confidence, adaptability, and overall suitability for the organization.

The recruitment process was carried out in a structured and professional manner, providing students with valuable exposure to real-world hiring practices. The drive concluded successfully with excellent coordination between Global E-SoftSys team and VVCE Placement team along with a few student volunteers.

The campus recruitment initiative not only created meaningful employment opportunities but also strengthened the industry–academia collaboration between Global ESoftSys and Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering, Mysuru.
